But in his propaganda ads he said he was in favor of coal. He has already ruled out nuclear, now coal, even though we have a 250 year supply, he doesn't want to drill. What is left??

What a douche
"Barack Obama explained his plan to the San Francisco Chronicle this year, early this year. And he said that, sure, if the industry wants to build coal fired power plants, then they can go ahead and try, he says, but they can do it only in a way that will bankrupt the coal industry, and he's comfortable letting that happen. And you gotta listen to the tape."
"So if somebody wants to build a coal-powered plant, they can; it's just that it will bankrupt them"

HOW'S THAT HOPE AND CHANGE WORKING OUT FOR YA ??????
I've said this all along. McCain is too close to Bush to suit me and Obama isn't really close to anything. His promises of "fixes" will go the same way Bush's line on saving SS did. And the working middle class will be left holding the bag. I like to push a few buttons ....but I wasn't born yesterday. They are all gonna tell you whatever they need to get in office.
If Obama comes through on 1 promise in his first year, that's 1 more than Bush came through on in 8...
...And if you ain't down with that, I got 2 words for ya....
How does he make us energy independent when he rules out nuclear, coal and offshore drilling? There isn't much left. He has pretty taken the energy sources we have here at home off the table. I guess we're back to inflating tires

He never ruled out any of that, just what Mccain said he did.
The coal comments that I heard, were in favor of modern coal plants. However there were several clips where both the Obama and his running mate made comments about the raw plants the Chinese were building and they spoke against them. These have been used in slur ads. I don't see any way nukes can be safe, we still don't have a place to store the waste from the 70s. The offshore drilling, nobody wants near their beach, same deal as no one wants to live near a coal mine, but everybody calls ODP when the power goes off. It looks like we are gonna see how much Obama can deliver, doesn't?
NBC/WSJO poll: Obama holds significant lead
Dem's edge nationally over McCain stands at 8 points among likely voters
NEW YORK "? With just a day left until Election Day, Democratic Sen. Barack Obama holds a statistically significant advantage over Republican Sen. John McCain in the race for the White House, according to the final NBC News/Wall Street Journal poll before the election.
Obama leads McCain by eight points nationally among likely voters, 51 to 43 percent, which is down three points from his 53-to-42 lead in the poll nearly two weeks ago.
To put Obama's eight-point edge into perspective, the final NBC/WSJ survey before the 2004 presidential election had President Bush with a slim one-point lead over John Kerry, 48 to 47 percent.
Bush went on to win that election, 51 to 48 percent.

A promuse to bankrupt a MAJOR US industry????
WOW
Kind of like his tax plan.
Tax cut for 95% of us??
40% DON'T PAY TAXES. So they get a welfare check. Call it anything you want, if one group supports another, what else is it?
That leaves 60% paying taxes. 55% of those supposedly will not see a tax increase. 5% of the population is going to support the other 95%?

5% controls 95% of the wealth, you figure it out. Can 5%, out-vote 95%? The rich might have given a little more thought to the jobs they exported when they got tired of paying the SS match, and taxes. Guy with a pretty good job might see it different. looks as if our government has been just a little too smart in bringing down the standard of living and padding their pockets. Sorta like when Bush was elected, we just get to take the ride. It can't get much worse. What are they gonna do, come and get the uzi I can't afford?
Nice site, atleast come with something more credible.
